Papers are submitted using your personal page, which was
created
when the abstract was submitted. Press the ENTER PERSONAL PAGE button
below. Enter your unique user ID and password in the appearing window
and follow the instructions.
After
submission, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the
entered email address. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours,
your
submission was not completed and need to be re-submitted.
The corresponding author
will receive ALL correspondence concerning the paper and is responsible
for informing the co-authors.
