Presentations
Technical Equipment for Presentations
All lecture rooms have writing boards, and will be equipped with a laptop
computer and a projector. Presenters could either send their presentation prior -
to the conference to info@pmaps2006.org or download it at the room for their
presentation. The name of the file MUST clearly indicate the session number
for the presentation.
Down loads shall preferable be made using an USB-stick. There will be a member
from LOC in each lecture room during all breaks to support with the download
of presentations. See also Presentation preparation breakfast below.
Presentation Preparation Breakfasts
All speakers and chairman for sessions are invited for a presentation preparation
breakfast at their session day. The breakfast is served 07:30–08:30 at Restaurang
Syster&Bror. The restaurang is located at Drottning Kristinas väg 24, about 5
minutes walking distance from the Conference area. Attendance is mandatory for
all presenters and chairman. The meeting will give the opportunity to discuss final
session arrangements. In connection with the breakfast the presentations shall
be downloaded on the laptop computer associated with the actual lecturer
room for the session.
