Review process
The review process includes 11 steps as follows:
- Authors submit abstracts before September 12, 2005.
- The Local Organising Committee (LOC) make a review of
the submitted abstracts and selects the abstracts that will be included
in the proceeding process.
- Based on the abstracts, the LOC selects 2-3
members of
the review pool (including the International
Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) and other distinguished experts
within the field) to review full papers.
- Authors submit full papers before December 13, 2005
(no extention in date).
- The LOC selects 2-3 members of the review pool to
review full papers which have been submitted without a prior abstract.
- The reviewers gain access to the full papers on
December 20, 2005.
- The reviewers submit their reviews before
February 13, 2006.
- Based on the
reviews the LOC decides which papers are accepted.
- Authors are notified whether or not their papers have
been accepted on March 6, 2006. The notification includes the reviewers
comments and
mandatory changes (if applicable).
- Authors make a submission of the final paper before
April 10, 2006.
- LOC verifies that mandatory changes
have been implemented.
