Review process

The review process includes 11 steps as follows:
  1. Authors submit abstracts before September 12, 2005.
  2. The Local Organising Committee (LOC) make a review of the submitted abstracts and selects the abstracts that will be included in the proceeding process.
  3. Based on the abstracts, the LOC selects 2-3 members of the review pool (including the International Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) and other distinguished experts within the field) to review full papers.
  4. Authors submit full papers before December 13, 2005 (no extention in date).
  5. The LOC selects 2-3 members of the review pool to review full papers which have been submitted without a prior abstract.
  6. The reviewers gain access to the full papers on December 20, 2005.
  7. The reviewers submit their reviews before February 13, 2006.
  8. Based on the reviews the LOC decides which papers are accepted.
  9. Authors are notified whether or not their papers have been accepted on March 6, 2006. The notification includes the reviewers comments and mandatory changes (if applicable).
  10. Authors make a submission of the final paper before April 10, 2006.
  11. LOC verifies that mandatory changes have been implemented.
