The City Hall is the masterwork of the Swedish architect Ragnar Östberg, who began to work with it in 1911 and devoted the next 12 years of his life to complete the City Hall. He is also the architect of KTH. Every room in the City Hall has it's own character and originality. The Blue Hall, the largest room in the building, is a manifestation in brickwork, and it's here that the Nobel banquet takes place every 10th of December. A buffet lunch will be served followed by a guided tour of the building. Bus transportation will be provided from KTH. Bus departure at 12.30.

The reception will be sponsored by the City of Stockholm.
